|Recommended: NoI can fully relate to the previous review in regards to the condition of the property. We were put into a rental home that was absolutely filthy. The floors were a mess, our microwave and stove were dirty. Our tubs and toilets had debris, we had missing prongs on our deck that our toddler could have fallen through. We had holes in the walls, there were no screens in any of our windows or 3 sets of sliding doors. Our ac unit is not working properly. We also had a whole under our window.Because they never completed the window. There is a giant dip in our walkway, which is incredibly dangerous for my senior father. And even though they are slowly fixing things , lureina was incredibly disrespectful and rude to us , it also doesn't sit well that many of these properties are owned by a corrupt ll c that is involved in a major federal lawsuit for fraudulent charges... we also found out that our property manager and maintenance manager are married to ond another which I think is a conflict.

You have the wrong property management. We are not your landlord nor property management. My name is Nicole Coward and I work alone. There is no one employed by Kaplan with the name Lureina. You are renting from a private owner, not through Kaplan. We hope you resolve your issues with your landlord.
|Recommended: NoWe just moved here couple days ago and we are already very unhappy with property manager Lureina Gonzalez. She made us feel uncomfortable from the day one. She’s Very rude and has very unpleasant attitude
First day that we moved we realized that townhouse was dirty after post construction cleaning fridge and oven wasnt cleaned properly floors were dirty shower and bathtub not cleaned , canes of paint was left on the deck. We contacted Lureina and she was very very unpleasant to speak to. We automatically felt uncomfortable. Our neighbors warned us already that she is very difficult person to deal with but I didn’t expect to experience this in my first week of living here . I will definitely escalate this issue further since now I know that we are not the only people here that experience this issue with Lureina

There is no one by the name Lureina that works for Kaplan Companies. Could you provide me with your address so I can help assist who your management company is?
